Trump Makes Shock Declaration Over Debate
The last presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris ended with a huge controversy after the moderators were accused of extreme bias against the former president.
ABC moderators Linsey Davis and David Muir fact-checked the former president several times, including a joke he made about the 2020 election results. The moderators, however, allowed Harris to issue a slew of false claims and hoaxes without any pushback.
Two days after the debate, Trump made a shocking announcement concerning the debates moving forward. The former president revealed that he would not be participating in a third debate.
“Kamala should focus on what she should have done during the last almost four year period,” the former president wrote in a Truth Social post. “There will be no third Debate!
Harris will be most affected by the news after reports showing that she was looking to have another debate with the former president following the ABC debate. Trump wrote in the post that Harris wanted another debate because she had lost the last one.
“When a prizefighter loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are, ‘I WANT A REMATCH,’” Trump said in the post. “Polls clearly show that I won the Debate against Comrade Kamala Harris, the Democrats’ Radical Left Candidate, on Tuesday night, and she immediately called for a Second Debate.”
Trump blamed Harris and President Joe Biden for the millions of illegal immigrants pouring into the country. The former president also blamed the Biden-Harris administration for the current inflation that is “bankrupting the middle class.”

She was a no-show at the Fox Debate and refused to do NBC & CBS,” Trump added.
Harris, however, still continues to push for another debate, with the vice president demanding another showdown less than an hour after Trump’s post.
“Two nights ago, Donald Trump and I had our first debate. We owe it to the voters to have another debate,” Harris wrote in an X post.
Moments after the debate, Trump told Fox News that he may agree to another debate if it was on a fair network. Reports also showed that the former president was open to having another debate on Fox or NBC. His latest announcement means those speculations are now dead in the water.
