REVEALED! Zelensky’s Actions That Led To White House Fiasco

President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance’s meeting with Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky ended in a public spat yesterday, with both parties failing to reach an agreement.
Zelensky arrived at the White House to sign a much-anticipated mineral deal. However, the meeting—which started well—soon turned into a shouting match after the Ukrainian leader lashed out at Vice President Vance.
The meeting got heated, so much so that Trump canceled a planned launch with Zelensky and ordered the Ukraine leader out of the White House.
Sources from the White House and those close to Zelensky have revealed what really led to the heated exchange of words between both parties.
According to a White House official who spoke to Semafor, Zelensky’s insistence on making the meeting about security guarantees instead of the mineral deal he came to sign set off the whole drama.
“He was talking about security guarantees, getting ahead of what today was for, which was the economic deal,” the official added.
The official revealed that Zelensky had been hostile with his body language and attitude behind the scenes. Another White House official told the Daily Caller that the Ukrainian president was carrying himself in a disrespectful manner and had rolled his eyes and interrupted Trump and Vance multiple times.
“There was a braggadocious hubris about him,” a senior White House staffer said.
Another source told The Caller that Zelensky does not have the self-awareness and understanding of how to communicate with President Trump and his vice.
“Not knowing how to deal with Trump, he took a very unconventional approach, that somehow trying to put Trump in his place was the right posture,” the aide said.
Sources close to Zelenskyy told Fox News that tempers had flared between both parties before the press conference began. Zelensky was presented with the minerals agreement by the Trump administration ahead of their Oval Office meeting.
However, he was reportedly dissatisfied with the lack of guaranteed security initiatives to support Ukraine in the event of another Russian invasion. Zelenskyy later stated that he would not enter peace agreements with Russia without security guarantees. The Ukraine president had angered Trump behind the scenes after he refused to sign the deal unless he got security assurances from the U.S.
“We cannot just sign an … agreement without any substantial guarantees,” one Ukrainian defense advisor told Fox News Digital. “It’s not going to work. It’s just going to reward the aggressor.”
Following the meeting, Trump issued a statement accusing his Ukrainian counterpart of not being ready for peace.
“It’s amazing what comes out through emotion, and I have determined that President Zelenskyy is not ready for Peace if America is involved, because he feels our involvement gives him a big advantage in negotiations. I don’t want advantage, I want PEACE,” Trump’s statement partly reads.

03rd Mar 2025The man just wanted a surety that they wouldn’t be invaded again. I’m for Trump but I think it would have went a lot different if the vice president had not of been there. He wasn’t helping the situation. If Trump would have just said there would be no more invasion allowed, things would have been do. I don’t blame him, if he’s giving up all those rights, he should get something in return.
