Joe Biden, Blinken Face Lawsuit
A lawsuit aimed at President Joe Biden and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, accusing them of violating and going against the Taylor Force Act, has just been adjusted.
The amendment claims that the Biden administration had full knowledge that it was backing Palestinian terrorists even with the U.S. taxpayer dollars in violation of the Taylor Force Act.
According to a reputable news outlet, The Taylor Force Act is an Act of the U.S. Congress to stop American economic aid to the Palestinian Authority (PA).
This law prevents any aid to Palestine until the PA ceases to pay stipends through the Palestinian Authority Martyr’s Fund to individuals who commit acts of terrorism and to the families of deceased terrorists.
The Act was signed into law by former President Donald Trump on March 23, 2018, cutting about a third of U.S. foreign aid payments to the PA.
The Act also bans the executive branch from using taxpayer funds to benefit the PA unless the PA renounces its “pay-to-slay” program and ends acts of violence against Israeli citizens
America First Legal filed the lawsuit against Biden and Blinken, with plaintiffs including Dr. Ronny Jackson and Taylor Force’s parents.
According to the Daily Wire, the Taylor Force Act was passed into law after Taylor Force was murdered on March 8, 2016, in Jaffa, Israel, by a Palestinian terrorist. Force was a West Point graduate who served in the U.S. Army in Iraq and Afghanistan,
The original complaint was filed Dec. 20, 2022. Meanwhile, the Court denied the Defendant’s motion to dismiss the Plaintiff’s case on Feb. 2, 2024.
The amended complaint alleges that the Biden Administration illegally reversed the Trump Administration’s ban on Palestinian funding.
The Biden administration also reversed another $1 billion for the United Nations Relief Works Agency (UNRWA) to benefit the Palestinian Authority directly.
The complaint further alleges that the Biden Administration knowingly subsidized the PA’s “pay-to-slay” bounty system, the expansion of Hamas’s military capabilities in Gaza and UNRWA’s material support for Palestinian terrorism.
The complaint also noted that the Biden Administration worked alongside the United Nations to improve the flow of funds and reconstruction goods into Hamas-ruled Gaza, the lawsuit stated.
However, Biden’s administration knew that these reconstruction goods were routinely diverted to build Hamas’s tunnels and rockets.
